The NYS Genetics Task Force...

is a not for profit professional educational organization that extends membership to persons engaged in the delivery of care related to clinical genetics and birth defects In New York State. It was established to provide professional education in the fields of genetics, molecular biology and birth defects with a focus on causes, treatment, prevention and use of new technology. The counseling and ethical concerns related to delivery of services is addressed.

The NYS Genetics Task Force encourages public and private support for education, training, clinical research and services in the fields of genetics and birth defects.
